How every trade is built.
- STEP 01
Analyze
Weekly and daily charts set the direction. Lower timeframes are only used to time the entry.
Market structure - STEP 02
Mark the levels
Support and resistance go where price has already reacted. No level, no trade.
Support & resistance - STEP 03
Plan, then execute
Entry, stop loss and target are written first. The position size comes from the risk, then the order goes in on MT5.

Every trade gets a screenshot and a journal note, win or loss. The week ends with a review of the rules.
